Does the bag stand up on its own?
Generally, yes. The Teslin has a flat bottom structure. While empty, the soft Crazy Horse leather may slouch slightly (which adds to the vintage look), but once you have your wallet, tablet, and essentials inside, it sits upright nicely.
Will the color rub off on my clothes?
Because we use high-quality, oil-rich leather, there is a small chance of color transfer (bleeding) during the first few weeks, especially in hot or humid weather or if rubbed against white fabrics. We recommend wearing it with darker clothing until the leather naturally seals itself.
Is it real full-grain leather or “genuine leather”?
Real. We use full-grain cowhide Crazy Horse leather.
Is it waterproof or water-resistant?
It is water-resistant. The natural waxes repel water, so light rain will bead up and roll off. However, it is not waterproof. If you get caught in a downpour, wipe the bag dry and let it air dry naturally (away from heaters) to protect the leather.
Does Crazy Horse leather scratch easily?
Yes, light marks are normal and part of the pull-up character. Those “wear signals” are what turn into patina, not product failure.
How do I maintain and clean the leather?

- Simply wipe dry with a soft leather cloth.
- Do not store your bag while wet.
- Wipe off any moisture before storing to prevent mold or mildew.
- After drying bag: Hang to dry or turn bag inside-out.
- Do not use a hairdryer or any type of heat to dry your bag. Applying heat can cause the leather to crack or harden.
