How does volume pricing work?

Savings apply to each product line based on its quantity: 5–24 pieces 15% off, 25–49 pieces 20% off, 50–74 pieces 30% off and 75+ pieces 35% off. Mixed-product orders and orders over 100 pieces are confirmed in your final quote. Retail promotion codes can’t be combined with volume pricing.

When will my gifts arrive?

Laser-engraved, in-stock items ship within about 10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Debossed orders need 2–5 weeks for production. Transit time is added on top, and your delivery date is confirmed in your quote.

Can I see a sample and approve the logo?

Yes. You can order an unpersonalized sample through the product’s store page. Before production, we send a digital proof showing logo size and placement, and nothing is personalized until you approve it.

What is included in customization?

Your estimate includes one logo in one placement, with laser engraving or a tonal deboss. Laser engraving has no setup fee; deboss has a one-time $40 die fee. Additional placements, individual names, artwork preparation and packaging upgrades are quoted separately.

Can you ship to individual recipients?

Yes. We can ship to one office or to individual recipients in the US and Canada. Address deadlines, tracking and any special delivery needs are confirmed with our team before dispatch.

Can I get an invoice or use a purchase order?

Yes. After you approve your quote, you can pay through Yukon’s confirmed invoice or checkout. Add your PO or internal reference to your brief, along with any vendor onboarding or tax-exemption requirements.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship corporate gift orders to 31 countries: the United States and Canada; the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland; Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand; and the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Every order ships with duties and import taxes already paid, so your gifts arrive with nothing to pay at the door. For other destinations, contact our team before you order.

Will my recipients have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. We pay all customs duties, import taxes and customs fees for every international shipment. Your recipients won’t receive a bill on delivery, and there are no extra charges after your quote is confirmed.

Can personalized or bulk gifts be returned?

Personalized items can’t be returned. Returns on bulk orders are limited to damaged or defective goods. See our return policy for details.

Can I reorder the same gifts later?

Yes. Send us your previous order number or quote and we’ll prepare a new quote with the same products and artwork. 

Is gift packaging included?

Gift packaging is available for qualifying orders. Individual boxes, labels and gift messages are confirmed in your quote.
