We strive to get your new Yukon bag to you as quickly as possible, so we promptly ship most items within 1-2 business days. Please provide us with your current email address at checkout, so that we can notify you of the shipping date and tracking information. We make every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. 

Common reasons for this:

• Availability of items ordered
• Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers

These are the average shipping times:

• U.S.A.: 3-4 business days.
• Canada: 5-7 business days.
• Australia: 5-7 business days.
• New Zealand:  5-7 business days.

Each shipment does have tracking and delivery confirmation but does not have a signature required. If a signature is required, or there is a special situation at an address on order please send us an email, we can suggest the best options for you.  Signature required and insurance options are available for additional costs.

*Please note that due to unexpected circumstances, COVID-19, customs, and during holidays, shipping times can be delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control. Please allow up to 12 business days for your bags to arrive.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. We will notify you when your items have shipped. Please provide us with a current email address so that we can keep you updated. 

Changing the delivery address of your package could delay your scheduled delivery date once the product is shipped out. In addition, transportation fees may apply to certain orders.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $100 going to any destination in the contiguous United States, Canada, United Kingdom and EU countries. For orders under $100, shipping is $7.95. 

We charge $12.95 on orders from Australia and New Zealand. We charge $9.95 on orders from Japan and South Korea.

  *Shipping charges may apply to a few remote areas in Canada.

We may charge additional customs fees - however, rules and regulations can vary from country to country. Some countries add customs duties and taxes for shipping personal items. If you have paid taxes and customs fees during checkout, you will receive your item to your door without paying any additional fees.Please check your local regulations for information regarding your area. Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes and duties.

We want you to love your new Yukon bag – for that reason, we will cheerfully accept returns for up to a full month! Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund on any item:

• Item must be returned within 30 days or less (exceptions are made for Christmas/Hanukkah shopping). Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide the order number or proof of purchase (we happily provide proof of purchase for any gift items to make returns easier).
• Items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Clearance and Almost Perfect items: Please note that items sold as Clearance and Almost Perfect cannot be returned.
• We offer free shipping orders over $100 when sending our items. However, we do not pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. You will be responsible to cover the cost of return shipping rates in your area unless it arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error.
• Please note if an item has been damaged, we will not accept it as a return.
• Returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible to any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer free shipping when sending our items. However, we do not pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. You will be responsible to cover the cost of return shipping rates in your area. We provide a 100% full refund price on all eligible items. Please read How do I return an item to check eligibility.

Yes! You can enjoy stress-free gift shopping with us –items that are purchased as gifts from October 20 – December 31 may be returned until January 10. Let us know that the item is a gift, and we will happily provide proof of purchase to make a return easier for yourself or the recipient.

We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our Yukon bags. Sometimes mistakes happen (we are only human). If your item is defective or damaged when it arrives, please contact us at info@yukonbags.com so that we may assist you. We offer exchanges on defective or damaged items only.

We strive to make shopping with Yukon Bags as worry-free and enjoyable as possible. Our stellar customer service team will begin the return process as soon as the item is received. We will send you an email update letting you know when we have received your return item. Normal processing times are 2-4 business days. Afterpay is a free service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred.

Afterpay allows retailers to offer installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four installments, due every two weeks. Afterpay's platform will not charge you interest.

Our goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. To order an item, simply click on the product category that you wish to browse, select your item, add it to your shopping bag, and follow the checkout process.

We will provide you with shipping and tracking information as soon as your item(s) has shipped. Please provide us with a current email address so that we may keep you updated. The tracking number will show you the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days from the time your order is scanned by the carrier until you have updated information. 

We will provide you with a tracking number for all items purchased. You can follow your shipment online with this number.

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Please contact us at info@yukonbags.com so that we may assist you. 

We do not offer the option to stack coupons, vouchers or discounts. Our system is not able to accept more than one discount code or coupon code per order. Please feel free to use whichever coupon code gives a higher discount.

Your Yukon bags leather bag is crafted from the highest quality full-grain crazy horse leather. Bumps and scratches add to the bag’s beauty by changing color hues in the leather. With proper care, your crazy horse leather bag can last a lifetime. Clean and condition the leather regularly with a good leather conditioner or cream. Apply uniformly to the bag’s surface using a soft, white cloth (dye can rub off on the leather, white cloths are the safest) in a gentle, circular motion. The beauty of Yukon bags crazy horse leather bags intensifies with age.

Cows may be waterproof, but leather is not. Crazy horse leather has been specially treated to be water-resistant, but no leather is waterproof. Try to keep your leather bag as dry as possible, but if it does get wet – don’t panic! Using a soft cloth wipe away as much moisture as possible. Let the bag air-dry naturally until completely dry. Stuff the bag with paper or clothing to help it retain its shape while drying.

Never use a hairdryer, heater, or any type of heat to dry your leather bag. This will dry out the leather and can cause cracks and discoloration. Because full-grain leather begins as a living, breathing, organ, it requires regular moisturizing treatments to retain its sheen and beauty. When leather gets wet, the water will pull the leather’s natural oils out as it evaporates. It is important to replace those oils with a good leather cream. After gently hand-drying your bag, apply the cream with a soft cloth in gentle, circular motions.

We offer up to 8 characters. The characters that you select can include letters, numbers, and other special characters. All characters are in uppercase. We offer the ultimate in personalization!

Our expert Design Team has carefully selected the placement of monogramming for each product. This ensures that each monogram will be in the ideal location for optimal visibility and appeal. Currently, we can only offer monogramming in the standard locations. Please see this page for placement of monogramming for each product.

We offer the following fonts:

If no font is selected, the monogram will be in Lobster. We are unable to offer the ability to select a font that is not offered on the product page.

We have sized each font to perfectly fit each item. We cannot offer the ability to select your font or size at this time. 

We are happy to offer personalized customization for all of our Yukon products.

We use a specialized high beam laser machine to provide perfect embossing. The beam performs the engraving process by burning the outer surface of the leather. This leaves a beautiful contrast with a striking tone-on-tone look. Your customized embossing will not damage the leather, in fact, it will develop a rich patina over time. 

Here at Yukon, we care about our workers. All our technicians have been carefully trained and adhere to the highest safety protocols when working with the high beam laser. 

We employ an embossing technique. Colorization is achieved by various methods which include painting, dyeing, or using heat transferred colored foiling paper. Colors wear off, making the bag (or other items) look worn. It is for this reason that we only offer embossing – the monogram will not fade or discolor, a monogram by Yukon will develop a rich, beautiful patina over time.

Our process of engraving or etching leather results in a debossed effect. This produces a striking contrast that does not age or fade. You can achieve different results depending on the color of the leather that you select. Light-colored leathers produce significant color contrast, so if you need a dynamic color contrast, go with a camel or tan. For more subtle contrast, select a darker leather to be engraved.

We charge a flat rate of $9 for all personalized monogramming

At the current time, we are only offering to monogram new purchases.

Perfection takes time. Monogramming does add between 1 business day to your order’s shipping and delivery time. If you need a rush item, please be aware of the extra time that is needed to add a customized monogram.

Items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order and be sure that all the information is 100% correct before completing your order.
