04 / How it works

Three steps, one approval.

  1. Build your order

    Choose gifts, quantities and a finish in the gift builder, then upload your logo.

  2. Approve your proof

    We send a firm quote and a digital proof with size and placement. Nothing is made until you approve it.

  3. We make and deliver

    Production starts after approval and payment. We ship to one office or to each recipient.

Which logo finishes do you offer?

Yukon Bags offers two logo finishes: laser engraving and tonal (heat) deboss. We don’t offer embossing.

Is there a setup fee for my logo?

Laser engraving has no setup fee. Tonal deboss has a one-time $40 die fee. One logo in one placement is included in your estimate; extra placements are quoted.

How long does a logo order take?

For in-stock laser-engraved items, orders of up to 20 pieces are usually ready in 3–4 days after artwork approval and payment. Larger quantities require more time, and orders over 100 pieces may take up to 10 days. Heat debossing takes 2–5 weeks and generally needs to be arranged during production. Shipping time is additional, and your final schedule is confirmed in your quote.

Which logo file should I send?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result. PNG or JPG files up to 10 MB also work, and our art team prepares them for leather. You can request a quote before your logo is ready.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. You receive a digital proof showing your logo’s size and placement on the product. Production starts only after you approve the proof and pay.

Where can my logo be placed?

Depending on the product, on the front or cover, or inside. Choose “Recommend best placement” in the gift builder and our art team will suggest the best spot in your proof.

Can I add individual names with our logo?

Yes. Each piece can carry a different name or date alongside your company logo. Individual names are quoted with your order.

Is there a minimum order for logo gifts?

No. There is no minimum order. Volume savings of 15–35% apply from 5 pieces of the same configuration.

Can personalized gifts be returned?

Personalized items can’t be returned. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
