The newer, larger Harper backpack has all the convenience and style of the original in a more spacious bag. The Harper is handcrafted of full-grain crazy horse leather. Crazy Horse leather is the highest quality leather. Crazy horse leather has been prized for centuries, thanks to its rock-solid durability and unique color striations. The Harper’s urbane Unisex design and luxuriously thick leather make this the ideal bag for work, school, or recreation.
The interior lining is detachable. Keeping the inside of your bag clean and dry has never been so easy – simply flip up the inner liner to clean before tucking it back inside the backpack. A cloth drawstring bag is included for storing your Harper backpack. The fold-over top snaps shut for security and convenience. Ample pockets on the inside and out provide abundant organization. The padded laptop pocket can hold laptops up to MacBook Pro 16”. We have added a few extra features to the new Harper: a built-in keychain holder, an extra interior zipper pocket, and soft, cushiony Caribou shoulder pads for extra comfort.

This is a legit review and not a double review, because I actually purchased a second Large Harper backpack for my husband as an anniversary gift. He is in love with it, and it has the exact same impressive quality as mine! My own backpack has held up VERY well through strenuous daily use. There was one point where the stitching started coming undone on one side of the handle strap, and at first I was super panicked because I love the bag so much. This allowed me to really test Yukon's warranty and customer service, and let me tell you that they did not disappoint. I sent in my request to have the issue fixed under the warranty, and within 24 hours they got back to me. They apologized, included a shipping label at no cost to me, and my bag was sent for repairs in California. Once repaired, they shipped it right back, and the repair looks excellent. I could not be happier with this company. I know a company's customer service tends to deteriorate the larger the company becomes, which does make sense to a degree. But boy, if Yukon can keep this up this level of product quality and customer service even as they grow, they are going to become legendary! And I will most definitely remain a loyal customer.
Hello people looking for a leather bag to last for life. I tryed buying my first leather bag 5 months ago. From different company. It was horrible quality. And they would not let me return the bag. This backpack is gorgeous and appears to be very rugged. The stitching and workmanship are top notch. My 14” laptop fits comfortably in the backpack and looks to be well protected. The backpack is sturdy but not too rigid and I’m sure will soften slightly with use. I’m 6’3” and the backpack looks “normal” on me, not like a child’s backpack which many do, and the straps have plenty of adjustment to accommodate my size.
My favorite backpack so far I receive many compliments on this bag everywhere I go definitely worth every penny well recommend the bag in person it’s definitely something else I really loved!
I just got my order in yesterday and I am in love! The leather and stitching appear to be of outstanding quality. Shipping was amazingly fast considering it was shipped all the way from Turkey. I just love to look at it sitting across my office from me haha. I can't wait to go hiking with it! I was afraid it would be too big, but it is actually the perfect size for me. It fits my iPad Pro, small first aid kit and medicine bag, emergency battery charge pack, various toiletries, and a small purse that I use to carry my phone and wallet in if I just need to run in a store. Gorgeous and functional!
This is a very cool leather back pack. Fits my Mac book pro and my iPad perfectly. I love the leather draw strings. I thought the large was going to be too big and actually the perfect size. The leather is high quality and looks amazing. Plus, I love how the bag is able to sit up when set down. Really good purchase.
