Lettering was off

The only complaint, which breaks my heart makes me is the Monogram that I choose “Agere Contra” is all off. Its kind of hard to tell from pictures but the lettering is offset or not in the middle and slightly raised on one side. Such a beautiful bag but when it came to paying for those extra details it definitely disappointed to see the lettering off..
