What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Yukon Bags e-Gift cards. Payment is required upfront for all orders, including personalized items. Custom production orders may be invoiced and paid via credit card or wire transfer. We do not accept ACH payments.
Can I order a sample before confirming a large order?
Yes! We encourage customers to order samples before placing a large order. While samples are not complimentary, they are fully refundable if returned in unused condition and without personalization. Samples can be ordered directly from our website.
Do you offer custom gift packaging?
Yes, all qualifying orders come with complimentary gift packaging. For orders with multiple personalized items, each package will include an individual label for easy identification.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes! We provide volume discounts of up to 30% on qualifying bulk orders, including personalized items. For details, visit our Corporate Orders Page.
Is there a minimum order quantity for corporate purchases?
No, we do not require a minimum order for purchases made online.
Will sales tax be applied to my corporate order?
Sales tax is applied based on the destination of the shipment and local tax laws. International orders may be subject to GST/PST, which will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if I am tax-exempt but was charged tax?
If you are tax-exempt and were charged tax on your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please email your tax-exempt documentation (e.g., Resale Certificate, Sales Use and Tax Exemption Certificate) along with your order number to our support team. Your request will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Personalization & Customization
Can I customize products with my company logo?
Yes! We offer two types of customization: laser engraving and debossing.
Laser engraving is the faster option, while debossing takes longer but creates a deep, dimensional effect. Volume discounts apply to qualifying orders. For more details, visit our Corporate Orders Page.
What is laser engraving (lasered customization)?
Laser engraving on leather creates a beautifully tactile effect with a perfectly clean, finished look. Yukon offers custom logo lasering as a default on all corporate gifts for employees and clients. This option permanently, precisely, and flawlessly burns the logo of your choice into the leather, creating the perfect image for your company. There is no setup fee for laser engraving.
What is debossing?
Debossing creates beautiful, dimensional depth in any design. Using our heat debossing technique, we stamp your custom artwork deep into the leather to create a stunning personalized business gift that rises above the ordinary.
Is there a setup fee for debossing?
Yes, a one-time $40 die charge applies to debossing. This fee covers the creation of the custom metal stamp used to imprint your logo onto the leather.
What type of file is required for custom logo debossing or laser engraving?
We require high-resolution artwork in .SVG, .EPS, .PDF, or .JPG formats, with a minimum size of 200 KB and a maximum of 5 MB. The artwork should be in black and white to ensure optimal debossing and engraving quality.
Where can my logo be placed on the product?
Logos can be placed in the same locations as our standard monogram options. Placement details are available on the product pages.
How do I know if my order qualifies for debossing?
Debossing is available on qualifying orders. To find out if your order qualifies, please contact us at sales@yukonbags.com or fill out the corporate order form.
Order Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to process corporate orders?
Processing time depends on order size, product availability, and personalization. Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks. If an item is out of stock, custom production may take between 6-10 weeks.
What are the shipping costs for bulk orders?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service. You will see shipping options at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within the estimated time frame shown on the product page and in your cart. Shipping time varies based on the selected delivery method.
