For in-stock laser-engraved items, orders of up to 20 pieces are typically ready within 3–4 days after artwork approval and payment. Larger quantities require more time, and orders over 100 pieces may take up to 10 days. Shipping time is additional.

Not for laser engraving. You can order a single laser-engraved piece; heat debossing starts at 15 pieces. Volume pricing starts at 5 pieces of the same product.
How much can we save on bulk orders?
5–24 pieces 15% off, 25–49 pieces 20%, 50–74 pieces 30%, 75+ pieces 35%. Retail codes don't combine with volume pricing.
How long does a custom logo order take?
For in-stock laser-engraved items, orders of up to 20 pieces are typically ready within 3–4 days after artwork approval and payment; orders over 100 pieces may take up to 10 days. Shipping time is additional. Debossing takes 2–5 weeks.
Can we order a sample first?
Yes. Order an unpersonalized sample from any product page to check leather, color and size.
Do you ship to individual employees?
Yes, in the US and Canada. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we ship to each recipient.
